BIO: I attempted to earn my Novice license, 30+ years ago and could not master CW.

Sept of 2012 I passed both my Technician and General exams, Oct 2012 I passed my Extra.

My beginning shack consits of the following;

1) Icom 718

2) LDG AT 100 antenna tuner

3) GR5v JR Dipole (Inverted "V" at 40 feet)

4) 4 band caged fan dipole (80, 40, 20 10)

5) Signalink

6) Yeasu FT8800R VHF/UHF

7) Tram 1481 Dual band vertical 40 feet at base

8) 50 foot push up with small bow at 20 feet. Mobile:

1) FTM-350AR

2) Comet CA-2X4SRB Wide Band Have my eye out for a good 811A Amp at a fair price :-)

Since I travel quite a bit with work, thinking I might need to consider a 40m or 20m SSB backpack rig,
